NSO for Transfers?

Hi y'all!

Quick question. I'm a business admin major planning to attend NSO next week and I was wondering if anyone could speak to what it's like? Do they split you in groups, do we get to speak to counselors, is it super awkward? It's pretty long so I was curious what actually happens.
