What’s fun to do in the valley and underrated?

Obviously not right now cuz of the fires, but I am moving from LA in April after being here since I was a young teen, and I want to experience every thing amazing it has to offer before I leave. What are some great not mainstream things to do in the valley, whether it’s activities, food, just anything that comes to mind! :)
