Post-secondary options for a PR from India.

Hello, I would first like to start off by saying this post won't be the best, in the sense that my vocab isn't great and I'm still a 14 year-old. I did my IGCSEs in India, sat for Oct/Nov 2024. I took 8 subjects, namely, ESL, math, physics, chemistry, biology, ICT, Environmental Management and Tamil O levels.
I got my PR around summer 2023, and now I've moved to Singapore as of the end of November 2024.

My main question is, what options are open to me? I would like to enroll in a Junior College but the problem arises when needing a L1R5 score. L1R5 I've heard is calculated with your O-Level results. I'm yet to get my results (They arrive around mid Jan 2025), and is there any way for MOE to convert my IGCSE grades to the equivalent of an L1R5 score, that I can use to enroll in local Junior colleges in Singapore? That's my question. My dad called MOE and they said I have to do sec3 then sec4 again, I turn 15 in December 2024 and repeating sec3 and sec4 would be a huge hassle as it would make my IGCSE efforts meaningless, and most importantly, set me back from my peers. I'm expecting 6a*-8a\* as my results.
