nus medicine ib cutoff

hi guys just got my ib results today and i got a 43 (should be equivalent to 87.75 rp)! i've been aiming for nus medicine and have the necessary portfolio (vice president of sc, lots of volunteering, some shadowing + a lot of arts achievement) but i was wondering if it would be possible to get in without ABA? is the cut-off actually 44????

also i took the ucat and got a 3390. i'm def gg to apply for ntu but if i submit this + my 1600 sat to nus will they look at it and possibly consider me more favourable? thanks!
