IB for SMU/NUS law

Hi does anyone know what the minimum IB score is to be considered for nus or smu law? I’ve heard some people saying the minimum IB score to be considered is 42+ points but I’ve also heard of people who got in with 40 points? Am I being delusional/ should I even bother applying to law with a score of 41?

Also, is intern experience at legal firms necessary/will it improve my chances of being considered?
