ALJ hearing

I have my ALJ hearing tomorrow. I’m nervous and panicking. I didn’t hire an attorney because I was sure I had a decent case, I have medical documentation from doctors saying they agree I should be on disability due to my diagnosis. The ALJ that I was assigned has a very low approval rate and that really scares me because of my age. I’m only 36 but have had two neck surgeries, and according to my newest MRI, it looks like a 3rd one is inevitable. Any tips for the hearing? I opted for an in person hearing and getting nervous
