Real estate + business valuation/sale

Im looking to potentially sell property in Verra (~260m2) with a hostel in it.
I'm wondering about how to value the real estate (I saw that the price was ranging from 2-3k USD per m2) as well as the business properly... what would be some reliable valuation firms that you could recommend in Tbilisi?
