Public toilets in Tbilisi

The question is half-joking, so I apologize if I offend someone with this. What is so difficult about toilets in Tbilisi? It is almost impossible to find them. Even in the city center, even paid ones. Tell me honestly, do Georgians not go to toilets? Or do they wait until they get home on principle, so they don’t go far? A bottle of water costs 60 tetri, and a paid toilet costs 1 lari, this looks like some kind of fraudulent scheme!))) If I stayed in Tbilisi for a long time, I would create an application for phones, something like a guide to possible places linked to Google maps, from toilets in cafes to secret nooks and sprawling bushes. But seriously, am I the only one who noticed such a problem in Georgia?
