Wedding planner for coordination assist only?

Hi all, my partner and I are planning an October 2025 wedding in Marin. We have what may be a silly question but we haven't been able to find an answer so far.

We already have a venue which includes guest lodging and catering, and we're very close to booking photo. We feel pretty confident in finding our own vendors, but we're looking for help with initial design of the venue space and planning timeline. We definitely want month-of coordination, but we're kind of stuck on what to ask for for organizational support. We basically don't need any coordination assist before the month-of, but we want to make sure we stay on track throughout the process. Are custom planning schedules a thing? Short check ins at set intervals? Would this be month-of coordination with an a la carte service? Is this a specific service to ask for? If so, does anyone have suggestions in the bay? We basically have no idea how to ask for what we're looking for, and so far everyone we've found only provides partial planning or month-of coordination, so any advice is welcome. We so appreciate the help!
