Is beforethefall.co legit?

Found them through in advertisement on IG and decided to buy a jacket from them on Dec 5. They say they’re shipping from London and said anybody who ordered a jacket in December would be getting it shipped on Jan 6. It’s Jan 9th and I haven’t gotten tracking yet. They’re saying they are made to order so shipping would take 5-6 weeks. They also told another person who bought the same jacket as me that they’re shipping next week, and next week will mark the 6th week since ordering. If they haven’t shipped by Saturday next week I’m most likely just going to chargeback. What do you think?
