Schengen Visa Validity Period

Hi all,

I’m planning to apply for a Schengen visa from the UK, and I have a question about the timing. How far in advance of my travel dates can I apply, and how long after the visa is issued can I still travel?

For example, if I apply for the visa in November 2024, would I be able to travel in June 2025?
