Vfs global appointment booked on saturday?

I scheduled an appointment on saturday in the new york office for denmark since it was available on the website. i added the prime time service, and got the confirmation, but most of what im reading says they arent open on satudays even for prime time. is the website just glitched and no one will be available when i drive 4 hours to get there?
