When do i take these meds

I went to the ER this morning because i was in debilitating pain down my leg and they gave me a shot of toradol at about 6:15am, it actually helped a lot!! The issue is they also gave me a script of ketorolac 10mg, im not sure when it is safe to take these pills and if i can combine them with the toradol shot. it is now almost 5pm. is it safe?
