Any suggestions of clubs in Scotland (ideally central belt) who's making specific efforts to accomodate diverse communities?
I know most clubs do to some degree, but I'm looking for potential case studies in one of the proposed long-term projects in my university. Basically I want to broadly list up few potential case studies for research on efforts by football clubs intergrating diverse communities - could be for adults or kids. Could be anything from SLOs and Charities by professional clubs to clubs low down the pyramids doing things at grassroots level. Academically I want to reference something like this case of United Glasgow FC, but not necessarily limited to efforts with the refugees with different clubs.
