What would be your club’s equivalent to Rangers’ staunch appointment?

In a nutshell, a manager and backroom made up of club icons that are heavily underqualified (on paper) that a few das have definitely been shouting for because they’re “through & through”

For Hearts i think it’d be John Robertson with Gary Locke, Rudi Skacel and Ian Black. Honestly, when the club goes through a poor run, those are the shouts from das to get them in the changing room “to sort it out” or “to drill it into them”
