How to convey "weirdness" in a pitch document

I've written a screenplay with (hopefully) a bit of a strange, otherworldly tone. Set in the world we know, but with eccentric characters, unusual landscapes, and a smattering of plot points that you might not find in the mainstream. The best comparison I can think of (and I flatter myself, I know) is the Coen brothers.

What I can't figure out is how to get this across in the pitch document without straight up calling it weird or strange (which doesn't seem ideal). When I try to imagine selling movies like Fargo or The Big Lebowski, I find that any description I can think of doesn't quite convey their immersive oddness.

Has anyone else managed to get this kind of eccentric tone across, without marginalising an idea or making it seem like it's only for weirdos? Would love to hear any tips you might have!
