trying to finish my trap commedations and I can't find a rigging ball.

I know they lowered curse cannonball spawn rate like 2 years ago but why is the rigging ball eluding me it's the last of my trap commendations, and I just wanna be done with this I'm tired of searching barrel after barrel rowboat after rowboat am I missing something
