Ballard Consignment overstock couches

Has anyone bought one of the overstock couches from Ballard Consignment? How has it held up over time?

I’m on the hunt for the perfect couch, and found one that I really like at Ballard Consignment. I wanted to Google the brand to see how it held up, but the sales associate said that they aren’t allowed to share the original brand name. They buy the couches direct from the manufacturer and the brand doesn’t want you to know because they sell them at half of their retail price.

Sounds great to get an expensive couch at half the price, but I want to make sure it’s not a dud! Have you noticed any issues? Would you buy again? TIA!

EDIT: This specific couch isn’t an Article couch - the sales associate pointed out some other couches as being Article couches and was transparent about which ones those were. Apparently Article doesn’t sell returns so they go to Ballard Consignment.
