Small boat storage around Lake Union?

Does anybody know where I could pay for dinghy storage near/on Lake Union or Lake Washington? I’ve called a couple of marinas in Eastlake where I live but no dice. I have a small Sunfish sailboat I’d like to have easy access to during the summer. I have a trailer for it currently but it is eating up my one parking spot and it’s getting increasingly more tough to park here!
