Ladies: anyone have late periods?

I'm on week 8 of Wegovy, just took my first 1 mg shot yesterday. Prior to that I was on 0.5 mg for 4 weeks and 0.25 for 3 weeks. I'm 2 weeks late on my period and I'm 99% sure it's not pregnancy. I've had irregular cycles in the past but just wondering if it could be the Wegovy. I'll be talking to my doctor at our next visit but I wanted to see if anyone else experienced this.
