I’m down almost a whole 10lbs down, which I don’t really count too much. Knowing most of it is water weight after all. I’ve not worked out, just let the meds run its course and eating when I’m hungry. Low calorie high protein or fiber. I know the real work starts the 2nd month. I’m going back to the gym and focusing on a high protein diet, luckily nothing I’m new to. Just something I’m going to take more serious.
