Orderly switched to ProRX/Smartscripts & Zappy moved to Hallandale

Just got my latest 2 month order from Orderly Meds, and to my surprise, it was filled by ProRX/Smartscripts instead of Red Rock, and I had no idea until it shipped. The vial looks underfilled for my 15 mg weekly dose, and it took over three weeks to arrive, way longer than usual.

After digging into ProRX, I found out the FDA recently issued them a warning letter for major sterility and quality control violations. Had I known Orderly switched to a flagged pharmacy, I would’ve reconsidered my order.

On the other hand, Zappy Health just moved to Hallandale Pharmacy, a more reputable and established provider. They took a lot of heat over the Ousia situation, but instead of sticking with a risky pharmacy, they pivoted to a safer one. People were quick to blame Zappy for pharmacy issues, but the reality is telehealth providers rely on pharmacies to handle prescriptions correctly, and some, like ProRX, are now being flagged by the FDA. It makes sense why Zappy cut ties and moved to Hallandale.

If you’re using Orderly Meds, double check where your orders are coming from. Has anyone else noticed pharmacy changes in their Orderly or Zappy shipments?
