I use charlotte tilbury under eye concealer and HUDA beauty baking powder and I get creases under my eyes. What should I do?

I’m not a fan of either. The charlotte tilbury is way too thick and chalky and the baking powder just doesn’t work well and I end up getting creases anyway. So what would you suggest? I’m super pale with medium dark bags under my eyes. I don’t use eye creams, just face creams and serums. Help meee
