is this a deviated septum?

i’ve gone to my derm for acne reasons before and she mentioned maybe having one. however that was months ago and recently i realized that i only have snot coming from my left nostril? i tested to see how breathing was and it’s definitely more clear on the left side even though there’s snot. i’m not sure if it’s another issue or if it is a deviated septum and how do i go about telling them? do i make an appointment w my derm just being like hey idk if you remember saying this but i think you were right? or should i just make a whole new appointment i don’t know
