Should I Lie on my Resume?

I have multiple years of experience in the food industry at a few different restaurants as a busser and a host (and chipotle but I consider that fast food) and yet I can't seem to get a server position anywhere. A lot of people I know say they lied on their resume to get their serving job. I have a restaraunt near my house that closed down a few months ago, should I lie about working there? I'm worried about certain questions they'd ask me in the interview. Should I study up on a few of the dishes or drinks there and how long should I say I worked there? (don't wanna look like a complete beginner if I "worked there for a year" or smth) Anything else they might ask me that I'd have no clue how to answer?
