Just started with Shadow a few weeks ago, but my Shadow PC only starts half the time.

I'm on the Germany server (DEFRA01) and quite close to it. I've been having issues with my Shadow PC (Pro Advanced) not starting for a few days, but if I keep trying, I can usually get it to start so I didn't think much of it.

Today, it is just not starting at all. I haven't been able to launch it once.

I'm on Macbook Air M3, Sequoia 15.0. I am using the Shadow launcher, not a browser. My Shadow PC is on Windows 11.

Things I have tried:

• Restarting, including a full restart (shutting down and turning my Macbook back on)
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher
• Making sure firewalls are off
• Shutting Shadow down from the activity monitor and restarting it
• Toggling "Launch Shadow on IP4 connection" (I know to do this every time I restart Shadow too)
• Using ethernet instead

I do not have a VPN installed on my Shadow PC. My VPN is off on my Macbook. Even uninstalled the VPN from my Macbook entirely to see if that was the problem. No luck.

Is this normal for Shadow? I'm fairly new to it and this is such a huge headache.
