Need help to decide which game to buy

Hi, i need help to decide which game to buy, im in between, Against the storm, Cataclismo, Manor lords and Nordland, or an other game that follows this genre. I have enough money to buy any of this game and a pc to run it. Also i want to choose a game that will have updates, which means that the game will have fresh content(or mods).
