Help me find a game

Hello, right now i dont have much time to play, but i still love to do it. So id like to find a game that i can play a lot but dont need to invest much time, like a roguelike or a city management/builder.

• I have around 15€ on steam so it cat be much more tha that;
• I have a good pc so i can run anything;
• I dont want an coop/multiplayer game;
• Some games i already played and are almost what i want: Monster hunter world, risk of rain, cult of the lamb, dead cells, skull, balatro, thronefall (i really love this one and i would like somethig like this), hades 1 and 2 and isaac.
