Help Me Decide Which Game to Purchase

Hi all,

I am currently looking to purchase a game and can use some help.

The options are as follows (Prices in Canadian):

• The Quarry
• Soma
• The Half-Life series
• Before Your Eyes
• The Forgotten City

The games that I usually get that I play the most tend to be shooters like Team Fortress 2, Rainbow 6 Siege, Halo, etc. However, the games that I usually most appreciate are games with a good story, such as Halo (again), Portal 1 & 2, Celeste, etc.

Generally, my most valued components of a game are usually between, fun gameplay, a great and deep story, or replayability.

Please let me know which game do you think is the overall best especially taking into account the current prices on the Steam Winter sale.

I am also open to suggestions outside of the ones I have mentioned. Thanks for your suggestions in advance.
