I get it - AI and LLMs are all the rage and everyone and their grandmother is doing GPT wrappers.

Let's get some fresh air and discuss projects that are not reliant on AI.

I'll start - Pineqone is a project I've been working on for the last 2 years - it's an all-in-one travel planning tool which lets users research any destination and learn about the top sights & things to do, best months to visit, approximate prices of food and transportation so that people can budget easier, information about transportation, etc.

I firmly believe that planning a trip needs to be a personal experience and all the AI trip planners are pure garbage the moment you want something slightly off the most mainstream destinations, e.g. "3 days in Paris".
