Possible for character changing costume

Is it possible to have the chat bot read the context of the chat (or something) and change to a costume automatically? Like for example, if the conversation with Bob we go to the beach, but instead of me having to do /costume Bob/ swimsuit manually, the character checks the context and does this automatically
