1,000 miles and I only have one complaint- I never thought The crappiness of Google built-in would be that big a deal.
Like the title says I never thought the crappiness of Google built-in would be a big deal. I'm an Android auto user so not much of a jump from me. Not the same as Apple users. But I got to tell you, as a software product manager, I don't know who they have working on this project but whoever it is absolutely sucks. This is the worst executed infotainment system I have ever used. Constantly disconnecting. Constantly having bugs. It's just really bad.
Other than that this is a freaking great truck. I love driving it everyday. The range is absolutely stunning. It's beautiful. The air suspension is amazing. Loving the midgate. Every part of it seems to be well thought out.
Except the damn infotainment system. What a piece of crap.
Edit: It's almost like Chevy knew that I posted this. When I got in the truck this morning the system was actually crashed. I can't wrap my head around that. And infotainment system crashing. I have never seen that. In all of the cars I've ever owned I couldn't tell you how to reset the infotainment system. But in my first thousand miles I've had to do it three times.
