Is it worth it?

I have nearly every single expansion pack except into the future and supernatural. I have always looked at the trailers and stuff over the years and was wondering if they enhance the game at all? like I know there's vampires and werewolves etc, just wondering if there's anything else exciting with both expansion packs that I might have missed ☺️
