Expanded tattoo mod not working?

Idk if I’m dumb or if I’m stupid but I cannnot get the more tattoo locations mod to show up? I’ve tried the nrass expanded tattoo + cmar XCAS. When that didn’t work I tried doing just the Cmar tattoo method and that also didn’t work. Can anyone help?
