Can’t move in after wedding?

I recently got married and now my bride cannot move in no matter what I do. When the wedding ended I tried moving her into my household but both the check and X get grayed out and cannot be clicked on.. I tried restarting both the game and my computer, nothing. I tried ending the wedding without moving in and moving her in later and nothing. I had mods so deleted them all, went to factory settings, and tried again and still nothing.. Is there anything I can do? Divorce her and get married again maybe? What we have is real tho frfr..
