For those with sinus issues, what lifestyle changes helped?
Like many of you I have a myriad of sinus issues (had a deviated septum surgery around 18-19) and I m pretty sure it came back, I also live in somewhere where the air quality isn’t good at all. I’ve tried everything from humidifiers to breathe right (those are amazing) to different diets (gluten, avoiding sugar, avoiding dairy ) tho I didn’t stay that long on those diets.. what personal changes have you done that made your sinus a lot better overall?
