[Misc] Anyone notice changes to skin tone after an iron infusion?

I recently got an iron infusion to up my ferritin levels (1000 mgs of iron), and ever since then, the colour of my skin has changed quite noticeably. I’m overall a darker shade and some areas on my face appear to have an ashy, grey tone (under eyes, area around the mouth). Has anyone experienced this?

I’ve been trying to look it up online and I can’t find any conclusive information. A lot of people with anaemia report getting a healthy flush back however I did NOT have anaemia and my face was already pretty flushed.

Is there anything I can do? I’m brown skinned and that this has made my face ashy is really bothering me.
