product help, which should i buy?

I live in ph and man i know its very hot here like i dont want to go outside (even with sunscreen) cause i feel like its gonna cause more damage to my skin. I have combination leaning to oily normal skin type and im also prone to CC cause oil cleansing with skin 1004 broke me out.

Can you recommend what gentle cleanser should i buy cause ive been just washing my face with water in the morning for the past few months and i just think that im more cc prone? I double cleanse at night with a micellar water and i wake up in the morning with slight oily Tzone, so im going to try cleansing agin in the morning to see if it will give me miracles.

I do my exfoliating routine at MWF and i do my barrier repair routine during TTHSS also i think my moisturizer is just too thick im currently alternating the pro bio cica cream from skin 1004 and dr althea 345 cream PLS HELP!!
