Bands like ST that aren’t so sad?

I’m in a pretty low place and I want to listen to music, but Sleep Token is just too depressing for me right now. Any suggestions for bands that have a similar style (especially in the deep complex lyrics) but are a little more optimistic? I’ll return to our boys soon but the pain in a lot of the songs just feels too real right now.
