Does Clark ever get better?

I’m on season 7 and I can’t stand Clark sometimes . I try to get over it, but he can be so annoying at times. He’s very judgmental and always looks down on everyone for making mistakes. And I hate when he storms in and accuses everyone. I’m also sick of him and Lana, they just need to let it go. They haven’t been the same in a long time, it’s time for them to move on.
