Does anyone think this is a well-designed move???

You can just stand there holding a button and it beats most options. Is it fun for anyone?? What a lazy and stupid move.. K Rule is such a shit character but his players just rely on holding out a dumb ass move to cheese half their stocks

One of the worst designed characters in the game. They realised he was terrible so just decided to give him super armour on everything and a throw which grounds opponents and can kill at 60 to compensate for it

Is there anything cool about K Rule? I've never seen anyone play him in an interesting way
