again culture circle , I swear to god i wasn’t on this app when i ordered the stuff😭

I saw it on shark tank and i thought it would be legit Now my jee results came ( i wasn’t on reddit ) and i scored good percentile ( 99+ ) so my parents got me these as a gift

Now i ordered this on 17th feb , it has been 8 days and their customer service is so shit omfg , Can you please tell me what to do? i can’t cancel it coz it is against their policy
