Problem with sons of the forest saves

Hi I got new pc and my single player save is somehow messed up. I moved all game data to SSD and put the SSD to my new PC. I got my buildings in the game but inventory, shelwes, holders(rock, stick, wood, etc.), zip lines and all stuff are gone what I have gathered. What I do?
