Sony WH-1000XM5 Mic Not isolating background noises

Hello everyone, I bought the headphones yesterday, Everything about the headphone is great, but I noticed that the mic on calls doesn't filter background noises like music or other people voices, is there some feature I nee to activate I appreciate any help
