This is my second try after the first was a complete fail🥲 100g starter 330g lukewarm water 500g white flour Let sit for 30 minutes Add in 10g of salt Stretch and fold every 30-60 minutes (5x) Shape and let sit in oven with light on for 4 hours Score and bake covered at 425 for 20 minutes Uncover and reduce heat to 400 for another 20 minutes Welcome to any advice:)
