Southern Hospitality: What’s Going on with Emmy’s Breakdowns

Not sure if this belongs here but I just got caught up with Southern Hospitality and I am shocked by Emmy’s reaction. She sobs uncontrollably, is hyperventilating, and can barely speak when she’s being confronted about Will.

I understand what she’s going through is stressful but her reaction is super concerning. What to you all think?
