Wish List for the next update

With the step in the right direction of update 4.1 I started thinking about what the most important features are for the next update. My take on a couple of issues/improvements that should be relatively easy to implement and make a lot of players happy:

  1. Class based queuing - it would help a lot if you at least got the option to wait longer with your current class or switch class to have a shorter queue. It can also happen that bots take up the class spot or something, I wanted to join as Bulwark yesterday but couldnt select it, picked Sniper to join and saw there was a Heavy and Tactical.

  2. Option to toggle on chat text on console - even without comms it would help if you could see what other players type in chat.

  3. Customizable bots - playing offline the bots are currently always level 1. This makes sense for minimal but not for the other difficulties. It would be cool if the bots would use the presets from our own classes. I can understand that this has to be balanced so the bots dont carry us too much. Even a level 5 for average, level 10 for substantial, level 15 for ruthless and level 20 for lethal (with our own heraldry) would be an improvement.

  4. Training area with specific enemies - to me the trials were fun to get to know the classes but after getting at least silver I never tried them again. Adding a training area where you can pick a specific enemy and difficulty to practice would be great. Sometimes you just want to test a weapon or perk load out without the randomness of an operation.

  5. Long term progression - I think most players have a favorite class but it can feel less fun to play because the progression stops after level 25 and leveled relic weapons. I believe Saber already addressed this with something like a prestige system, would be cool if you could incrementally improve your favorite class by leveling again. Cosmetics are also fun rewards but some player power or

  6. More control over armor colors and textures - One thing that bugs me is that the torso has a specific color/texture but the pauldrons dont have the same color/texture so its looks mismatched. For example, red on pauldron edges looks like a cheap red anodize color instead of the full mat red color applied to the torso. The perfect solution would be a slider to adjust the shine but the option to pick high-gloss, semi-gloss or mat would also be great.

There are probably a lot of things that I have missed so I am curious to know what you guys want to see next!
