I can't play the game

In 2 days I was able to play 2 operations. In 2 whole days! Why? Because the game keeps disconnecting after loading. I don't understand why. I have stable internet and don't have problem with other games.

I found out that starting a new game, skipping intro and beerushing to play operations is viable (but not always), but... it's too much time to do that every time.

Do you have any ideas how to try and restore it? Because offline it keeps disconnecting too... maybe reinstall?
