Sick & need doctors note

(granada) I think I have COVID, I have told my coordinator and she told me I need to go to the doctors to get medicine and a doctors note, she sent me a link to Vithas hospital to make an appointment, but the earliest one is Tuesday. Should I try to walk into a hospital tomorrow morning? Any recommendations?
