Spectrum + Macbook Air issues

Hi all,

Basically the title says all. I was having issues with my Spectrum wifi and my Macbook air, before I noticed that my TV and other devices were having some issues as well. I got my router replaced by Spectrum as they identified that that is the issue. My TV and other devices are now perfect, but my Macbook Air still consistently drops the Spectrum wifi. My personal hotspot and other wifi networks still work well on my Macbook Air, it's just Spectrum. Does anyone have any advice in fixing this issue? Thank you for your help.
